TMZ reported in March 2014 on the marriage split of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. In that story they mention that the split could be linked to a moldy house Martin wanted to buy for his bandmates.
TMZ said, “His people told us it was for him and his band mates, but Gwyneth got involved and killed the deal, claiming there was mold.”
This makes perfect sense because Gwyneth Paltrow is into an all natural lifestyle and products without toxic chemicals. So she must be aware of how mold can be very toxic as well.
This past January she launched a new line of natural skin care products without toxic ingredients called, Goop by Juice Beauty, which will be sold through her lifestyle company.
Paltrow proudly announced to Vogue that it is nontoxic, up to 99% organic, and free of any “chemicals, parabens and silicones.” She said that “slathering yourself with chemicals, parabens and silicones — it’s not great.” In an interview with Glamour, she described her products as being so natural “you could eat it.”
